If you have "nothing" or very few tests - start by having at least smoke tests. Start with 5 or 10 of them. Make it a habit to write a few unit tests per feature you implement. It will become awesome.

There are extremes that get overlooked unless you plan your data/architecture touch points, correlation and dashboarding of your requirements to see the picture

@Automate Accessibility Testing Without Changing Code The main issue while adapting to certain accessibility checking tools is many of them report false positive results. It would be interesting to see how browserstack accessibility feature deals with this.

Luckily we started a new project in the last 12 months and went straight to Playwright. It was looking like it was going to surpass Cypress a long time back, strong community support anf Microsoft backing will ensure it stays ahead for many years to come.

Currently Cypress. But dealing with performance problems of the web automation and also dealing with limitations of Cypress. Also stupid choices of Cypress, like skipping the xpath plugin.

The way I read that study is that 65% of software projects are either using the wrong software development methodology or doing agile-theater.

I mean, “your experience is now transferable” is true insofar as applying to k8s roles goes lol, just like anything else
